Prices and Currency

Orders are invoiced in Euros and reflect the Euro prices published on our site.

The amount that will be charged to your credit card or Paypal account may vary as it is based on fluctuating exchange rate regimes and bank commissions.

Cantieri.it invites customers to contact their banking institution to request detailed information on exchange rates and bank commissions relating to their transaction.

Forms of payment

The following forms of payment are accepted by Cantieri.it:

Payment: Paypal

By choosing the PAYPAL payment method the customer can pay directly via his Paypal account.

Cantieri.it reserves the right to ship the goods to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.

Credit card

At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system, provided by PayPal. It is possible to make purchases via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.

Cash on delivery

Payment can be made in cash upon delivery with an additional supplement of 5 euros.

New Customers

We would like to remind our new customers that Cantieri.it may request Paypal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

Cantieri.it reserves the right to request new Customers to ship the goods to their billing address.

Returns

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size exchange, store credit or refund within 10 working days from the shipping date, except made-to-measure or personalized items.

To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to resi@c antieri.it within 10 days of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the purchase code shown on the receipt sent at the time of payment and confirmation of order placement, the codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation: size change or refund. Once the return request has been received, notailor.com will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Shipping costs for returns are FREE ONLY in the case of the first size exchange.

For all other types of returns, the return shipping must be paid by the Customer.

Reimbursement

For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.

The return of the items must arrive at the headquarters of Cantieri.it within 10 days of written authorization to the Customer by the Returns department.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

* Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

* All shirts or accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

* In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments on the part of Cantieri.it , you are required to follow the same instructions above. Cantieri.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the aforementioned goods to its premises.

*It is not possible to exchange the goods in the case of underwear or swimsuits (for hygiene reasons). Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer.

* Cantieri.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. However, the acceptance of such returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

* Cantieri.it will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
